To be real, we've had our own boys club brewing the last few seasons with Conroy, and Gelinas, back to Darryl and now Iggy "special advisor". Hope it works out to not be an embarrassment.

It does seem kind if worse that they send him right after his dad leaves. it really does suggest that the only reason he is there is because of nepotism.

They do realize that there are, even with God's gift to mankind wonderkids mcjesus etc etc, that there are ultimately only so many goals to go around, right?
And they do realize there is such a thing as defense, right?

Can you imagine walking that out without discussing powerplay time, the fact that the Oilers use only one unit, and that the players coming in won't get the same ice time and situations?
Insanity.
But found his twitter post when he launched the article.
Feedback was basically ... add Bouchard to the list, and can the Oilers break the most 30 goal scorers record from 40 years ago.
How can a fanbase stay grounded when they're fed dribble like this?

Yeah, I think they will be hard pressed to get seven 20 goal scorers, let alone seven with 30. Last season they had 5 who eclipsed 20. One of those was Kane who will probably spend some time on IR.

my favorite is probably Kane, who he admits is a big 'if' but should do it as long as he plays 50 or 60 games..
Kane is 33 and scored 30 twice (both times playing at least 74 games and in his early to mid 20s)
