Is this Brewery and the Beast festival well known? This is the first I have heard.

I went last year... It's impossible to try everything you want to, due to filling up your stomach or lines.

Key is to bring a spare stomach.

I went this year. No shortage of food (almost entirely meat) and drinks. I thought it was pretty great. I probably had the best elk I've ever had from this one chef from California. The wasps were insane though due to all the food and drinks. I thought it was a thousand times better than something like Beer or Wine-fests.

YouTube recommended this video to me. He goes to Brewery and the Beast and a few restaurants.

Tried Milpa on the weekend. It's a Mexico city Mexican restaurant. Of course there are tacos, but lots of other great dishes to try as well. Lots of gluten free and dairy free for those who are looking.

Had the ceviche, Quesabirra, a mole sauced tamale and a lamb shoulder taco dish to share. Everything was really good. Good service and the prices are not bad considering the location (5th street just off 17th ave SW).

I recommend trying this place. I'll be back

Thank you

I'll have to check it out.

I am also meaning to try out Moos & Poncho Ogden as well. Just opened a few months ago (or I only noticed a few months ago). It is just down from the creepy doll house

Ahh cool, I didn't know they opened a spot in Ogden! I've tried their First Street Market spot and it's freaking good.

Based entirely on today's discussion we went to Moose & Poncho in Ogden for dinner. I already know what I'm ordering for my next visit!

Don’t leave us in suspense!

I love their tacos. I need to be more adventurous next time.

Had a gift card for Vintage, and went there last week. Will probably be our first and last time there.

The food was very unremarkable. Maybe it was an off night? I expected much better for a fairly fancy meal at a renowned and established restaurant in town.

Mains were satisfactory, but appetizers were very mediocre.

Way way overpriced.

We went to Chairmans about 3 months ago and it obliterated our experience at Vintage.

3/10 stars

Interesting was there saturday night and it was fantastic. My favorite steak house by a mile. Brussel Sprouts for the win!

Vintage has always been... okay... I guess. No real reason to go there.

If Brussels Sprouts are the highlight of a steakhouse I’ll pass, thanks.
