Guess the coaches have seen enough. He is jumping up to AHL this season so it makes sense.
Think Zayne Parekh is being sent down for sure. I thought he was closer but I think his NHL arrival time will be 2026-27.

Parekh will get a full camp and a preseason game atleast. No hurry. The Flames are going to be one of the worst teams in the NHL next season.

I still think there are too many unknowns with this team to declare they will be one of the worst teams next season. Hockey is funny that way, there are always a couple of teams that are predicted to be bad that are not. I think the best thing for the future of the team is you are dead on but I certainly wouldn't bet on it.
