Is there enough time for Rodgers to retire and join Trump.

Can’t believe people picked the Jets to win the division.

RFK and Rodgers are better candidates than Trump and Vance

Watching how violent they are glad they didn’t pull a gun on them.

The us has a policing issue.

Insane there’s a public incident where Tyreek Hill clearly isn’t the bad guy.

Yeah, I thought the defense would be good enough to propel them, but they're not a good team. I think Saleh is overrated as hell, too.

Rodgers is pushing 41 and he's not Tom Brady. Were Jets fans really thinking their team was a SB threat?

and coming off an Achilles tear. This was always going to end in tears ... I'd be surprised if both Saleh and Douglas were still in office in 2025.

To defend the Jets a little they were playing one of the top two teams in the NFL on the road. If you're a Jets fan you would have hoped for a better performance, but the Niners are gonna club a lot of teams this year. But the Jets schedule gets very easy for the next two months...

@TEN
NE
DEN
MIN (London)
BUF
@PIT
@NE

...so they should be ok. Unless they actually suck, then they're screwed.

I have Jets as a dark horse, but even I wasn't ready to have them winning the division (I have them finishing 2nd).

That said, the Niners are the gold standard (at least in the NFC), and Jets were on the road. It's a long season, let's just see how it plays out. But definitely a disappointing showing.

EDIT: beaten to it by a minute

It's also week one. At least Jets fans are still alive this year, ironically they were 1-0 last year and their season was over.

This has been a really weird week 1. Not to use fantasy football as a major barometer, but many of the big name fantasy players way underperformed. Offense also felt like it was way down across the league, possibly due to the uptick in illegal formation penalties. I'd wager we see a bit of a return to normalcy come week 3.

With so few starting players playing in preseason week 1 is usually a dud

Week 1 and even 2 are really pre-season games at this point - I think the last couple years offenses were kind of meh the first couple weeks due to first team offensive players not playing a lot in pre-season anymore.

Plus Feel like it's easier for a defense to gel earlier in the season than an offense.

Lowest week 1 passing yards since 2002. Teams may want to re-think sitting out their starters for the entire preseason.

He threw the entire franchise under the bus pretty much saying if they don't win they will be all out of jobs.

Saleh has turned out to be a terrible coach. Hackett is not a NFL OC. Such a pedestrian game plan. Rodgers looked ok. Arm is still there but his mobility is not. His scramble, spin o'rama was embarrassing. If the O-line cannot hold up they are cooked.
