100% agree, this week. It's a lot harder for the kicking team to get up to speed on these rules about how far apart you have to be and when you can start and the different look coming at you... too many variables. I'm not risking it unless I have to (i.e. down late).

Jacksonville ACTIVELY trying to lose the game. EDIT: And the Dolphins say, "no thank you".

What's the deal with the OL Daniels on the Steelers wearing some sort of helmet cover on the field?

^There's a guy in the Pats secondary with the same thing - it's an extra pad for concussion protection that's now allowed.

Okay so I clearly jinxed Levis.

Just box score surfing, but lots of mediocre and ugly QB lines.

And right after I say that about the new kickoff, Zona takes a KR to the house. Think we're finally seeing what the NFL envisioned with these new kickoffs, as opposed to the wonky mess it was in preseason as teams were figuring it out.

And it was actually a really good kick, lots of hangtime due to the wind and landed deep in the "landing zone" but just a complete fail on the coverage.

I get that later in the season when you've got your special teams dialed in on it the analytics will probably favour not kicking it into the end zone but this week it's just crazy to do otherwise, IMO.

Wait... do I have the power to curse quarterbacks??

Bo Nix is throwing for 300 yards and 4 TDs this afternoon. Book it.

Well now he is, and I'm mortgaging my house on it. You're a Seahawks fan, the jinx can't be to benefit your team.

I don't know if it is because of the new kickoff or something else but I love the pace of play today. A lot of games might actually end right around 2 today.

Richardson's day has been hilarious, he has three completions for 171 yards and has done basically nothing otherwise throwing the ball.

I'll happily take that version of Justin Fields. No fumbles, no interceptions, no dumb decisions. Money on a couple of deep balls to Pickens, a few solid runs. Nothing earth-shattering, but that's the point. Just take care of the ball and let the defense wreak havoc (well, as much as the refs will allow them to). Certainly didn't give them any reasons to go back to Wilson next week IMO.

No fumbles lost, didn't he put the ball on the ground twice under center?

yup, early in the game. Not sure if that was more on him or the rookie center, but they cleaned it up afterwards. He certainly looked more comfortable in shotgun though, that's for sure.

The funniest part of Corsi's Levis jinx was he wasn't even playing well at the time Corsi jinxed him, he was just not being a disaster. Titans looking like they'll be a factor for that #1 pick.

I mean it's nice to know I have this power.

Also good to see Kyler lose, I was starting to get worried that all the big favourites were going to be in trouble here...
