Are they running with no installed spare at Glenmore to maximize flow? Typically on critical systems you’d have a fully installed non-operating spare but you could use that pump to help increase total flow.

I've read on Reddit that a lot of people are ignoring restrictions, and their justification is because the City didn't cancel Stampede and waited until now to do the rest of the repairs

Consumption was also way lower during Stampede than the weeks following. It shot up substantially in the first days after Stampede before restrictions were further loosened.
