On one hand, that would be incredibly weak competition. The best response he’s ever really been able to muster is “am not” so he’s definitely not in the same league.

On the other, there were actually really few brackets I could have been in where the back and forth wouldn’t have felt forced, because I’m cool with almost everyone on the list. There’s maybe a couple of guys who I can really get under the skin of, but none of them can really bring any heat so I feel like it would have been one sided.

That's where it doesn't add up. Usually people who are bluffing or putting on an act respond that way.

You've also wavered in describing your connectedness, and when pressed you made it sound like a friend of a friend situation (in that case information cant be flowing that consistently or accurately). But then you come back the next day with some bold statement like you know exactly what McDavid's plans are in 2 years.

Not actually judging you here, it's just odd and inconsistent behavior that doesn't add up, which is why i notice it. To an observer its peculiar and given the above I'm not surprised that your posting gets on the nerves of some people.

As for me, the theatrics around the deadline were annoying sure, but whatever. If you are connected it's always good to get info leaked here regardless of who is delivering it.
