Pretty inexcusable miss by the chair umpire that probably needs a review as he's had a miserable month. Also really disappointed in Draper. I'm never going to cheer for this guy again. Poor sportsmanship.

I don't know if it's fair to blame Draper, remember when Raonic touched the net and didn't call it on himself? This is on the umpire imo

I don't blame him for making the call. I blame him for pretending he didn't know what happened. I've played enough tennis where I wouldn't even need to look at that ball to know it was a double as he hit the ball when it was on the way up from the 2nd bounce. If you listen to Felix he even says as much to Draper.

Just saw that Felix match point, agreed with what was said….the ump completely screwed that up but Draper saying he wasn’t sure or wasn’t looking makes him come off like a Grade A idiot.
Leylah was down love-4 here in this second set, won five straight games and was up love-40 on the Pegula serve, but couldn't cash in. Held serve in the next game though and it's Pegula serving at 5-6.
Leylah takes set 2 in a tie-break (7-1 was the tie-breaker score) and we need a 3rd set. Great fight shown by Leylah in that second set, many players would have just packed it in at love-4 down.

Great match from Leylah today, but Jessica Pegula ekes out the win in a 3rd set tie-break. This match lasted about 90 minutes longer than I thought it would.
