The currency exchange is amazing! Trading has always been so tedious in PoE which for gear I don't mind too much but trying to get a few oils or other items was like pulling teeth. I messed around with running an alt on a separate laptop during the league to facilitate trades but that was always such a hassle as well. What I really need is someone to join the guild that enjoys the selling that can just take dumps from the guild stash and sell all day but that would involve being social.
Anyway yeah the exchange just saves me time and turns my crap I will never use into currency which is such a huge QoL upgrade IMO.
I absolutely agree. I have been farming currency this league by selling high value scarabs and runes and making bank doing so. It's been a real pleasure to not have to deal with traders who do not reply to your purchase requests...
And I ended up going with a Molten Strike of Zenith build rather than Lacerate or Ice Nova... haha.
I know there’s a few CrossCode fans here, the developer just revealed the debut trailer for their next game. Looks excellent and shares a lot of the same design elements (like a spiritual sequel), definitely one to keep an eye on!

Wow, that looks awesome and it seems to share a lot of the design language of CrossCode. I have to assume it takes place in the same universe as CrossCode too...it'd be a shame to waste all the world building they did in the background.

I haven't followed it closely but my impression was that it was going to be an entirely new and unrelated IP. Which I really don't mind, because I have faith that they can do something new AND make it cool - after all, they did it before.

The most recent NCAA patch is so bad I uninstalled the game entirely. EA managed to kill a decade of anticipation in a month, that’s gotta be a record. Well done
Dread mode on Metroid Dread isn't great. I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised by the challenge, but it's just tedious. Dying in one hit just isn't interesting. I don't think I'll finish it. I enjoyed hard mode on Zero Mission because it was challenging but still fun. They also made tons of tweaks to enemy choices and layouts in the game, which isn't the case in Dread.
Playing through Dread a few times again reminded me just poor the soundtrack is too. What a disaster. I'm sure there's some good songs hiding in there, but it feels like a first draft and unmastered. It's a shock considering how good the game is from every other perspective.

You have only yourself to blame... this is like the people who got themselves all worked up for Starfield.

I did my usual change, Bleed just wasn't doing the damage so went Hexblast Trickster and its much better. How much in divine do you think you have made/dropped this league so far? I still don't understand how people seem to have an unlimited supply of divine orbs and I'm convinced most people are actually buying them online. I'd say i've made about 30-40 div but only had like 5 drop naturally and i've done all maps/voidstones, only have the feared left to do.

Just raw drops? I think I'm under 15... obviously same as you where I've made my divines just doing farm strategies. I got a few lucky drops here and there in the Boat of course but otherwise I don't get how others are posting "what build should I play with 300 divs?" posts on reddit... Most people scream RMT but man I wonder...
Why is this a thing that people care about? Isn't it just a blue and white PS5 controller with stickers?

I grabbed one cause we're getting drift in two of our controllers, so needed at least one new one anyways and the boys are big Astro Bot fans. I don't think I would've been rushing to get it if I didn't need one though.

It’s neat if you need a controller, bizarre if you don’t.
I have two controllers on a cycle so that one is charging while I’m using the other, so if/when one of those fails I’d consider this one as a replacement.
But I also haven’t had a controller fail since the one that came with the PS5 at launch did.
Some people like different colors or custom jobs on their controllers and consoles (cars too). The value on some of the rare console stuff down the line are crazy for whatever reason.
I've got a sealed 20th Anniversary and 500 million PS4 somewhere.
EDIT: With the recent Radio Shack clear out and the cheap dualsense edge, should be easy to deal with any drift. That quick cheap module swap should be great for that.
