I just checked, and the next available callback time was Wednesday at 4:15pm (and that's probably gone by now).


I used it a couple of weeks ago and it was only about 6 hours out at that time... but that was before the big hail storm f'd everything last week.

It looks like they’re only doing that for new bookings right now.

Fortunately I just got through and now it’s only going to be another half hour because they need to deal with another department because I’m only cancelling the departing flight and keeping the return

So far today I've had a guy nearly run me off the road in order to keep me from merging ahead of him and another driver's trailer come open in the middle of the road scattering their landscaping equipment (luckily with no one immediately behind them).

The negligence of drivers in this town is a thing to behold.

The dialogue on those commercials is absolute cringe and makes me want to beat my ears in with a morning star, but I know people who have gone to Spence for jewelry DESPITE these ads and really liked their experiences there.

I won’t ever go there because I don’t give two ####s about jewelry, but for purchases of that magnitude, price does matter, and I have friends that can attest to this regarding Spence’s prices.

I really hate when a good house gets condemned just because there's a few holes in the drywall.

My Dad's in the hospital, infection and high fever. Called him an ambulance a few hours ago, and when I called the hospital just now to track him down, I tried to give them my updated phone number since I've moved and don't have a 403 area code anymore.

This woman actually told me that unless I'm there in person, I can't update my phone number as his contact. Suggested that I just keep calling for updates. I eventually got it changed by speaking to someone else, but what kind of ridiculous policy is that? I even think that's a real thing. she was just trying to get me off the phone and not listening to me.

Just horrific empathy skills from FMC.
