I was attending Lethbridge College in the early/mid 90s. The student lounge was called "The Cave" and there was a TV area there. It was always on NBC or whatever channel was going to air Days of Our Lives soon. If Days was on the TV area was packed. I got hooked for a couple of years due to that. Then when Marlena became possessed I lost all interest. Every now and then I'd see it on TV and it was always the same characters in the same story arch all the time.
Many have already been said. WKRP, Community, Sopranos, BCS, BB… Superstore would also make my list.

Actually I used to watch Matlock because my dad loved it, and I quite enjoy it.
I saw quite a few episodes as a kid since my parents watch it, much as people make fun of it really for light entertainment there was nothing wrong with it.

I liked it for a bit, it definitely jumps the shark and further, it was very clearly not designed to be binged. If you watch a bunch of episodes in a row you see the same formula played out over and over and over and you just get sick of it.
Especially as it eventually deviates away from the Legal cases (which are interesting) and veers more towards Corporate positioning and backstabbing which is boring.
