Yep, I noticed this a lot when I was applying for tons of jobs two summers ago. And it's a double edged sword cause you start answering every call thinking / hoping it's one of them calling.

In summer our bikes (all 4 of them) come out of the basement and into the garage. So one of the cars has to go onto the street.

I’ve noticed more too. And most of them are local numbers, so I don’t automatically dismiss them like I do with the calls from Ontario, B.C., etc.

There are a million bike storage options out there. Time to get creative, Cliff.

The issue with this is the wind taking them off. The better option is to put the blankets under a car cover and use the tie downs on the car cover. But that obviously takes longer. You can also use weighted blankets.

How many of them are free and take no effort?

I just have my kids hold down the blankets while it hails.

Paid about $10 for hooks at Home Depot. 4 bikes hanging from the ceiling above the car hoods. Not a budget buster?

I've had this link bookmarked for years that shows me the price at all local Co-op gas stations. Except now it just redirects to gasbuddy.com which seems totally useless. Anyone know of a replacement?

Not for me it isn't. I want to see which locations have the best price city-wide, not where I am now. I'm not the average driver so I plan ahead on where I'm going to fill up. I do it up to five or six times a week so it makes a difference.

The app is dog####. It doesn't even have some locations listed.

For me it shows all locations city wide not just the ones around me. I don't use the app though and just use the website.

I don't think it has filter by brand.

The Costco on the reserve being the cheapest in the city has a ring of truth to me, but I haven't verified the whole thing or anything like that.

I usually just use the map and pick from the stations closest to me.

You can definitely filter by brand if you click “Find Gas,” search the city, and expand the filters.

It's a user submitted website so if someone doesn't post it then it won't be on there. It's not a perfect site but it's a free site that's pretty darn good.
