The word "illegally" is the key word here folks, and the video is of the actual "illegal" boarder crossings. None of this is racist. It's something that is happening on the border and it's "illegal". There is absolutely nothing wrong with migrants going to America, the west is a prime example of it, but you have to go through the process, legally! How hard is this for you all to understand? Every country has rules and regulations that every citizens should abide by, and if they don't, they likely going to jail or are fined. This is the same for illegal immigrants. Some of you need to stop playing the racism card cause you clearly have no clue what it means.

What? No. First, real news networks aren’t even partisan. Second, I think it’s ridiculous to change the rules so that it would turn the debate into a circus. Why would you want that? How don't people understand this?
All they need do is utter the word asylum and they are granted those protections until their request is processed. It is no different than uttering the word lawyer when being questioned by the police. A process begins at that point and rules must be followed to protect your rights and you person from all threats. As long as you present yourself to USCIS agent, regardless of how you arrived or your current status, and claim asylum, you are then afforded the opportunity to complete your I-589 for consideration.
