It’s the type of people who love guys like Biden and Romney but would vote Trump before someone like Sanders.

In a sane world, yes. Just like Hillary kicked his ass if we cared about cogent arguments, facts and articulable policy. Trump debates don't go like that, though. He'll just say dumb/mean things and his base will think he won. He's super tough to beat.

Trump has outperformed people's expectations both in 16 and 20, there's obviously enough people out there who let him get away with anything (or love him because they are racist/sexist/etc. themselves), so I'm certainly not holding my breath for a landslide or anything like that.
