Holy Cripes. Is Suitor auditioning to become Tre Ford's agent. Shut the #### up about him Suitor. He isn't the savior you think he is. Last year when teams got him figured out he was a one trick pony.

Somebody at TSN needs to have a talk with Suitor as that was pretty unprofessional last night. I get that Ford is Canadian but you can't have a national color guy campaigning all broadcast to bench a QB for the Canadian kid. That said the Elks offense definitely came to life under Ford but it has to be noted that it was garbage time and the TiCats were playing prevent defense. Jones 2nd Elks tenure proved that not only is he not crappy head coach, he's an even worse GM. Despite a littering of expensive free agents on offense, that's a really bad team.

I don't have a beef with it. I think going with MBT was stupid to begin with. Ford needed to be in that game by half time.

It matters not if the coach was making a poor decision as coaches make poor decisions on a weekly basis. A professional broadcaster simply can't campaign for player benchings during the game. I've never been a Suitor hater but last night was really, really unprofessional.

So I guess he's a free agent now and can try to get on a NFL practice roster. It's going to be tough as most teams are likely set at the QB position.

ok, before we start getting all excited about Tre Ford, lets be honest, he came in in a blowout. Hamilton was in that goofy prevent, they hadn't prepared for Ford to play, there hasn't been film on him since last year and Hamilton probably hadn't watched it or game planned.
Its great that he put up a bunch of points in garbage time, and I think that Edmonton absolutely has to make the change.
Edmonton's season is over, they might as well throw him in.
But its not going to save the Eskimos, at this point nothing can.

Don't look now but Bo's having a nice bounce back season. Looks to me like his arm is back as he's throwing the deep ball as good as he ever has. He's certainly playing at a higher level than Maier ever has. Cats are still 2-5 and in tough to make the playoffs but it's still a nice story to see Bo back to playing high level football.

I think the cross over will be in play for Hamilton. I'm happy to see Bo playing well. He just needed to get fully healthy.
