You should reply and ask them if they are aware that a 2nd Blackhawks player has a pending lawsuit from when Bowman was the GM. They really shouldn't be referring to this as the "Kyle Beach incident". This was the Chicago Blackhawks mismanagement and mishandling of a crime incident.

“Most sought after GM roles?” Really? Why then did they have to hire someone with a big black mark?

No kidding, the next GM will either lose McPissy for nothing, trade them, or sign them to team paralyzing deals.

Oilers just know they are hiring a GM that will litterally do anything it takes to win. The good and the bad.

How does sexually assaulting a player help a team win?

Deciding to keep a lid on it "because we're in playoffs" is about as literal a definition you could come up with.

So why did the coverup continue after the playoffs were over, and indeed, for another 11 years? Did covering it up in 2020 help the Blackhawks win games in 2010?
Also, I'm just dying to know how a coach raping Kyle Beach helped the players on the ice win more hockey games.
The excuse is thinner than a soap bubble.

Oh I couldn't agree more, he's a piece of ####ing garbage and should never be in any position of power ever again.
Scumbag franchise hires scumbag GM to manage scumbag players. What an organization, deplorable.

The equipment manager raped the player. Just to clarify.

It's definitely in the top-35.

I mean, I am not saying the endorsement is necessarily tainted, but unfortunately for Mr. Kennedy, the official relationship means he is not as independent as he has been in the past and if they want the public to accept the endorsement then the public should know what Respect Group Inc and Kennedy personally do or do not have at stake if they were not to keep the NHL happy with supportive PR.
One need only look at the OEG Inc. website to see the potential conflict of interest on display:
https://oeg.ca/about-us/sustainability-inclusion
From the NHL media release at the time of announcing the partnership in 2021:

Very fair questions to ask of Kennedy and wanting to understand how reliant his organization is on the NHL. Insofar as the NHL and the Oilers clearly want us to place a great deal of weight on his endorsement.

I think the Oilers are constantly in conflict between wanting to micro-manage the organization's image, and cutting every practical and moral corner possible in order to get a cup.
On all fronts they bleed insecurity.
Despite all their handshakes with the devil they're 0-9 in seasons with McDavid.
No Good!

I didn't know that.
I expect when you've been around the league for so many years, it can be hard to keep track of everyone you've known or worked with.

As opposed to having a known sexual predator attacking members of your team during the playoff run?
Bowman should have put Aldrich on indefinite leave immediately, terminated him with cause when the playoffs were over, and above all, NOT given him a recommendation for his next job. He did none of those things. In fact, he did nothing at all for 11 years, until his employer was sued.

I 100% agree, not sure who/what you are trying to argue about.
How bout this.... he's clearly willing to put morals and ethics aside if he thinks it will increase his teams chance to win.
I'm not sure if you think I agree with what he did, because I don't.
