Meanwhile, Rafa is currently in a 3 set battle with Navone - Already over 3 1/2 hours on court.

Rafa gets it done in 4 hours (3 hours and 59 minutes) - Again, this was a 3 set match lol

He's got 2 matches tomorrow as well, if his body can hold up here I have high hopes he can play the rest of the year

Welp, Felix loses two tie-breaks to Berettini in Gstaad at the Swiss Open. He played okay, but it's the same old story where he fails to raise his game when it matters most. His return game is still no where near it needs to be (I mean, if you want to be a top 10 player on tour).

Rafael Nadal isn't as good as he once was, but he's as good once as he ever was

Well, Rafa lost to Borges in the final, but Fils defeated the abuser in his hometown of Hamburg. Happy Zverev Elimination Day Everyone!!

Something about #3 ranked double grand slam and a master's holder Alcaraz is just weird. I know how the point system works but this is where the lag is really showing.

Denis is one and done in Atlanta. He is in desperate need of a reset, to me he looks like he's just going through the motions out there and it doesn't really matter all that much whether he wins or loses.

He's just not consistent enough in Masters 1000s. A win at Indian Wells and a final in Cincinnati (which is next month) and the rest duds. In fact, Sinner has 600 less points to defend in New York than Charlie so that gap could increase.

It did appear for a bit like his game was improving but it looks like that may have been short lived. You have to be 100% all-in to advance on the tour and I'm just not sure the level of commitment is there.

What a fantastic career and a guy who would have won more majors if it weren't for the Big 3. Enjoy retirement Andy!!

How many more majors without the Big 3? Are we taking them all out? If so then he's possibly a double digit winner

Darn good question - Remove all three and I have to think Andy gets close to double digits. Also have to think the Stanimal would have had a few more as well.
