That grammar is actually too good to be written by Trump himself.
Whoever is writing it is probably trying to say that he forgot he quit the campaign but is still asking for his campaign schedule and meanwhile having important talks with Trump's favorite international leaders. And then a sarcastic sentence for good measure.
