I assume you mean stream a radio station? It depends on the bitrate that the source is providing. AM radio I assume would be something like 48kbps but the streaming provider might not differentiate so I'll just use 128kbps which is way too high a quality for AM radio but whatever.

128kbps x 1000 bits/kbps x 4h x 60m/h x 60s/m = 1,843,200,000 bits

8 bits per byte, that's 230,400,000 bytes.

230,400,000 bytes / 1024 bytes/KB / 1024 KB/MB = 219MB

So I'd say 200MB worst case, probably 1/3 that if they're using a bitrate more appropriate for AM radio.

Crowchild Twin keeps their ice in and has regular skates for $1 per person (pay in the office). Not free but pretty cheap.

They, and other car manufacturers, claim that it has to do with electromagnetic interference. There was a story years ago where a radio station was bricking cars (although that was FM)

In a Tesla you just search for the radio station’s streaming channel and listen that way. So when you think about it you can listen to ANY AM or FM station from any city, regardless of where you are physically located. So nice try lol’ing a nice feature. You just didn’t try hard enough.

So it's gone from free OTA to a feature that only works if you pay a monthly data fee, right? Also doesn't work where their isn't cell coverage.

Correct. You require premium coverage to stream channels like that which you are almost forced into because they have made the bluetooth interface so minimalistic and crude that you have to set what you want to listen to before you start driving because you can't browse the music library on your phone from the screen. At least it was like that when I owned my Tesla.
