Three law enforcement sources confirm the shooter was outside the venue at former President Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania.
Two of those sources say the shooter was on a roof, outside of the venue. Multiple law enforcement sources have referred to this individual as a sniper, although additional details about that are not clear.
Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger said he was told by his chief detective that the shooter was on a building adjacent to the property and had no additional details on the person.

Regarding #2; CNN was saying the shooter seemed to be on top of a building outside the rally.

Good Trump is ok. Like posted earlier, this likely decides the election. And that's scary. As if he wasn't planning on being vindictive enough. Going to have a huge chip on his shoulder now.

It is impossible to shake the feeling we are living in the moments before some great upheaval. This is some Archduke Ferdinand stuff here, and I have to think the odds of further political violence even between ordinary civilians just got a massive shot in the arm.

I'm not sure exactly what's going to come of this but it ain't gonna be good.

I don't want to make assumptions here, but how did he get into a line of fire position, and do we assume that he was hit by a SS sniper on another structure?


Lots of questions coming, especially around the competence of the security plan.


One thing is for sure, Rallies for Biden and Trump will be a lot less accessible for the rest of the race.
