Ecuador fired their coach after losing to Argentina. Gives an idea of how those in charge thought their team shouldve done last night.
I would've liked our chances against Ecuador. Argentina got their scare though and may just cruise.

Canada - Belgium at the World Cup is the other game because they deserved a better fate and carried play in that game, and some of those World Cup qualifiers against Mexico and the U.S. in that build up.

Wow the Copa America has been around for 108 years with North American teams allowed for the past 30 and Canada makes it to the semis in their first ever appearance. Amazing!
Why are they playing Argentina again? Shouldn’t teams from the same group end up on opposite sides of the playoff bracket?

STILL need to score more goals in open play. It should have been 4-1 with the quality of chances they had, many of which ended up not even being close.
They'll get half, at most, of those chances Tuesday and in a Final or 3rd place game and have to take them to reward all the work for creating them.

I loved the qualifying run and the gold cup win. But winning a quarter at a major tournament in that fashion? Absolutely crazy to me considering not that long ago were watching them labor to beat belize in games a solar system away from the big stage

Huge ranking points for years to come.

They made it regional west and east

And so that Brazil and Argentina are on different sides

Argentina will beat Canada easily, but a huge accomplishment to get this far.

Shaffelburg was fantastic. A bit surprised he was subbed so early.

Bombito is a disaster. Is he really the best center back in the country?

I’ve found Laryea to be pretty useless as well of late.

Other than that …yaaaahhooooo!!!!!!
