Dems should run Liz Cheney.

I read through all your counterpoints and watched your video, which I also enjoyed (Big CPG Grey / Hello Internet fan here). In the interest of everyone else I cut the quoted response down to not clutter the page so much.
Personally I think the world gets better every day, and a lot of data supports that belief (e.g. Declines in infant mortality, reduction in conflict, literacy rates, etc).
In reference to your video I think about my own fortunes, and yes chance has a big part in it. I've been aware of that perspective for well over a decade, and self reflect on it all the time. Unfortunately we don't have a better system.
Your video also mentions being born into a prosperous country is a big help, the US is one of the most prosperous countries in the existence of us. People will defend that prosperity. If the country was actually in decline or ruin, then I would be worried about a fall into fascism like empires of the past. The reality is it is not and that is why it feels like people don't care.
I get that there is nuance swinging the pendulum back and forth every day as the red team and blue team battle it out, but we're a long way for prosperity of our nations declining to the point where a strong man can take over.
It is good to think of all the world's problems, but pick a few that you're passionate about, and think about how you can make a difference. For example, the democratic party always needs volunteers, head down to Pennsylvania and help the campaign. The voters of that state are very likely to decide the election.

Nearly every reasonable Biden replacement is out polling Trump

Becoming? The 6th president was the son of the 2nd. It's been a family business since its inception.

A bet that was even odds a week and a half ago is now 8:1 or better. From a pure gambling perspective, leaving ideology out of it, I mean those are some great odds on something that is still likely 50/50 in 4months.

What's the bet? A Biden win? I can't see that being a good bet even at 8:1 right now. He's got to be at 25% at best to stay in the race, and less than 50/50 to win if he does.

Today.
The bet service I use has cash out. Memories will fade, and it's still a pretty tough map for the red team to win with.
Pennsylvania is the key still. Biden just needs to go with the blue wall strategy. No need to win ohio, georgia, nevada or florida (yeah right).

I'd expect all polling to be very bad for Biden right now, even in strong blue states. I know I'd probably tell a pollster I'm not voting for Biden while I still think there is a chance to replace him, but I obviously would if he was the choice at election time.

I just think the odds of him dropping out are very real. If it's just a democrat win, I can see 8:1 being a very good value.

He's still the fav amongst the known Democrats. Go to 270towin and do your own map. If the blue team can't win the below states, well they didn't deserve it anyway.

One does have to ask, why are the Democrats so crap at this? couldn't work out the importance of state level organization, couldn't work out the importance of court nominations, they are just crap at the basic nuts and bolts of politics

There's been hints and threats of an imminent domestic terrorist attack on US soil. I just hope nothing happens on July 4th.

Because for most of them personally, the stakes aren't that high. A good chunk of senior leadership wants to larp as "resistance," when really they're doing the bare minimum to collect votes and satisfy their donors.

I think they are just bad at it and that is the end of it. Absolutely nothing of substance has been presented this week to deflect criticism that Biden received.
Has he done a national press conference from media to discuss things with the help of a teleprompter? One of the knocks on him is the lack of ability to think quickly unassisted, if that is false and a result of his long travel, then prove it to the country I would assume.
Play offense! Telling supporters you tell the truth and waiving your hands in the air with vigor doesn't calm concerns about your age.

That applies to the GOP equally, I mean you would think the Dem's would have at least tried to copy them if only for the vastly higher amounts of donations you get when you are in power

So anyways, where are all the 'Biden is a in great shape, no issue, everyone quit making a big deal out of everything people?'
To drop out this late in the race basically takes months of campaign time away from any other candidate. If the candidate isn't Harris (gross, useless, pathetic) or the moron from California who happens to be running California into a dump, everyone else isn't well known enough and it would take a lot more time to gain traction.
Hilarious that everyone stood up one day and realized 'oh ####, Biden has no clue what is going on.' As if this hasn't been apparent as heck behind the scenes. And his wife? At some point maybe think about human decency and don't subject your husband to these situations? But I guess if you're a power hungry whatever, what to expect?
I don't know what Trump's chances are, but I know they went up because of the last few weeks. Great job all around.
