They may even sign another guy to an AHL contract and he can bounce between the AHL and ECHL as needed.

Conroy may talk about three goalies competing for the starter's job, but it's pretty clear that Cooley is slotted for the Wranglers. His GAA over two years with the Milwaukee Admirals was 3 right on the nose, and he was pretty awful in six games with the Sharks.

Connor Murphy is on the second year of his AHL deal. Played on the brutally awful Rapid City Rush, but looked okay with the Wranglers.
