I am okay as long as it is not 1sts but if we have to kick in a 2nd as part of a package I am good. I would be fine trading certain prospects as well.
Feels like there could be a blockbuster potential with Ottawa maybe for one of Andersson where the Flames send more and get a Dman back?

I have only watched Pinto occasionally. That money seems a lot for a 40-50 point guy that hasn't played much and wasn't exactly a phenom in college and USHL. I like the center, size, righty, etc.
Seems just ok to me, but curious if others think there is more there?

I don't think it's a good deal for OTT, but that's me. I would probably want a young roster player added if I were Staios. Likely one of Zary, Pospisil, and Coronato.
I don't see Chabot as a cap dump, but a good D with a high caphit.

If one of Craig's list items is a top-four, offensive dman (according to Salim, take with grain of salt), then Chabot really fits this bill Plus we can handle his cap space.
With him and Pinto in a trade, this just makes too much sense IMO.

I would also do Chabot and Pinto for Andersson and Pelletier. But one would think Ottawa would have to give up more because they are getting the best player in the deal that fits an organizational need that they have not addressed and an organizational need that has limited options on the market that would allow them to address it.
