The others will all be UFA as well, unless they are qualified of course.

Based on Chris Johnston's tweets today, it sounds like there was some discussion between the league and PA about the teams keeping their rights without qualifying them, but there wasn't much appetite to fight for them, so they'll all become UFAs if unqualified.

Looks like Mackenzie Entwhistle and Reese Johnson (Chi), Jesse Ylonen (Mtl), and Calen Addison (SJ) also won't be receiving qualifying offers.

Definitely the kind of reclamation player the Flames should be looking at. If he worked out, he is the right age for a rebuilding team. Or it could be a situation where you take a distressed asset and flip it later.
That 2018 draft was a pretty bad one for centers in the first round.
