NTCs are killing us in this regard

Walman as an example. Would have been great to pick him up and a second but has a ntc and good chance we are on it.

Conor sheary would have been good too as a target. But again, ntc. And who knows if Murray wants Conny adding salary during the retool/rebuild. Would have to justify it.

Keep in mind Kuzmenko had one too, but waived to come here. If players see an opportunity to get more ice time, some definitely will take it

One thing is very interesting that after the public trade request from Zadorov it seems like Conroy and Dan Milstein not only buried the hatchet but formed a very strong relationship. Kuzmenko left Milstein shortly after the trade. Both Parekh and Gridin are repped by him as well.

Flames need a top 3 C unless they plan to give Zary the spot. They likely look to add a 4/5 Dman or two if they don’t get Kylington done. Feels like Debrusk is inevitable after all the rumors and Mangiapane trade.
