Ted Lindsay: Connor McDavid Nathan MacKinnon
Vezina: Connor Helybucyk
Norris: Quinn Hughes
Calder: Connor Bedard


I can't wait to see Staples article about how MacKinnon stole McDavid's awards. Incidentally they should both be renamed after Connor.

I've long felt that MacKinnon is a better player and even though I don't much care for the awards or put weight on them, this does help fuel my debates with Oiler fans. Too bad Makar didn't win Norris.

McDavid was third in Hart and Lindsay voting to MacKinnon and Kucherov and also lost 1st Team All Star to MacKinnon.

Makar should win the Norris every year but I guess they have to share it around a bit.

Apparently not enough Edmonton media was allowed to vote.

With the SCFs just finishing and the draft followed by free agency coming up, I totally missed that there was an awards thing going on. Did they actually have a televised show for it?

Yeah, only the NHL would drag out their finals as long as possible and then cram in the draft, the awards, and free agency all in a week.
