Either d-man for me. Really can't go too wrong but I do wonder if a trade down could be in the works in this scenario. Wouldn't want to drop more than 13 or so, but you never know if they think they might still have a choice between Dickenson/Helenius/Yak/Sennecke

I'm aware.

The stat line I posted though are his stats (including playoffs) in junior hockey this season & last, where he played MHL (68GP 2G 11A 13PTS) and International U17 (8GP 0G 0A 0PTS).

If he's elite as a shut down defenseman with size and speed I'm honestly not all that fussed at how he develops offensively.

I'd pick Silayev at 9 if he's available but personally I don't think he will and it'll be a choice between Dickinson and Helenius.

If Silayev is gone then one of the other guys already taken would be available too. Catton, Iginla, etc. basing off the list here of course

These are probably the 3 we get to choose from. Maybe Senecke if he was a Center.
