Any of them (aside from Giguere who I remember vividly) not accept it?
So far I've done a Google image search and see them all. Hextall was known as a hothead and sore loser... even he accepted the trophy and posed with John Zeigler.
McDavid is the first to snub the presentation.

My 9 year old son and I shared one of the best moments ever. He and I were so ####ing happy we were both crying. He's hugged me harder than he's ever hugged me in his life. This will be a memory for a lifetime.
I don't take it for granted at all. I was his age when the Flames won the cup, and it's been that long since a team I've actively been a fan of has been able to win it.
This is rare, this is special, this is why we all love sports.

I suppose Carolina 06 but I wasn't as big a hater back then because Oiler fans weren't quite as ridiculous
Vancouver losing in '11 meant way more to me. The Oilers suck, but that generation of Canucks was absolutely awful. Burrows, Kesler, Bieksa, Torres, they were the epitome of unlikeable. Seeing them #### the bed so hard in game 7 was so cathartic, and then the Canuck fans burning down their own city right after was the chef's kiss
