What the Oilers players are doing right now is damn impressive. The problem is, cheering for them means cheering for Oilers Fans, and I can't stoop to that level. I hate Oilers fans.

I don't know if naming where to place bets online is not allowed on CP, so could somebody private message me where I'd bet online? I'm clueless on sports betting. I'm in Calgary, I know there are some provincial restrictions (i.e. Ontario). Might as well send some bad luck the Oilers way and, if the worst happens, make some money on it.

I'm at a loss as to what "good juju" thing I can do since I think I've cycled through all of them over the playoffs.

The one thing I did find consistently helped was being preoccupied with work/other things for the first half of the game. Usually things would be going well in those instances.

I really think the best move the board can make is scrapping this terrible iteration of E=NG.

Not so. I was at the unicorn with two flames fans who were cheering for Florida and the 18yo server told us we’re in oilers country and that the bar was way busier than it ever has been or would be for the flames, even if they were in a SCF. She said the leafs are the only other team who could draw a crowd like this. Even though there were several empty tables, she told us they turned away at least 60 people because it was so packed. We all lol’d. Since she was just a twinkle in her dad’s eye in the 04 run it’s somewhat forgivable but I’m guessing she doesn’t know people would line up at 10am to get a table.
