Any of the airplane fanatics on here be able to explain this from a range perspective? It does seem that both teams are employing very different travel schedules for their respective clubs.
I imagine weight plays a big factor in things. Lots of heavy athletes and lots of heavy equipment. Is that 6000km rating at maximum capacity?

(Ps. I have no actual knowledge of this stuff, I'm just guessing.)

Good teams do tend to learn from mistakes and pressure is a real thing.
..…ok. I personally don’t care if the panthers win in 6 or in 7, as long as they win the series, but if you wanna laser in on the precise odds for them to win in 6 you’re free to do that.

More reason that McDavid is a lock...a Bob shutout would be a long shot to get him back in the convo but they won't even know. I'm telling you guys they are just giving away money on betting sites right now.

You are the one who was saying "lots of people come back from 3-2" but in this situation the odds are still different. The fact that it was 3-0 is still relevant as far as history is concerned. Panthers have four shots at it because they earned four shots at it. In theory they are getting more comfortable with the situation and pressures every game. They certainly looked better in 5 than 4.

Panthers went from a 90 something to win to an 80 something...it down but not as drastic as you and others are making it out to be.

This is over Friday. I guarantee it. Or I’m gone for the 24/25 season and dino gets 5 bucks.

We got them right where we want them.

there's a reason why so few teams come back from 3-0 deficits.

you can only walk on the tightrope of destiny for so long before Krease starts shaking the rope and Johnny sweeps the leg.

The Oilers are still standing on a oily, greasy rope with banana peels ahead and behind them.

Have faith people.

An airbus 320 will routinely fly 150 people with capacity up to 180

Sure players are big but even including black aces and the team staff, and their gear, I wouldn’t think you would be approaching capacity

Even if it takes 7 games, it's unlikely to string 4 and doesn't historically happen for good reason.

Off games happen and it only takes one here to wrap this up. Or a herculean effort from the other team where they can't be denied (hopefully Mr. Tkachuk has finally woken up now).

I hope they win it in that barn and don't hold back on the celebrations.

I hope Tkachuk takes a champagne pee on the city sign on their way out to Leduc.

It is very hard to win 4 games in a row. But it is also much easier to win 2 games in a row, which is where the Oilers are at now.

I am a bit concerned, but at the same time you would think the better goaltending and depth will prevail in one of the next potentially 2 games.

Florida's come too far in two years straight not to steer it home.

Hopefully they got a "train beers" moment in during the break just to press reset and get their heads right.

Cousins in for Okoposo and OEL replacing Montour on the top PP after the tragic mistakes the last 2 games.

Cousins scored the OT winner vs the Leafs last in game 5 to win the series.

They have to win 2 now. The odds change each time the Oilers win a game.

They were Longshots to win the cup. Now they have probably a 25 to 30% chance based on the odds.

Cousins the ultimate villain in to put the dagger in the Oilers. I love it
