Pretty much. Hard tackles, lots of fouls I thought the Ref did a pretty decent job keeping control, that game could easily have gotten out of hand.
But it was still pretty entertaining.
But now the Danes must conquer England once more! Where is Uhtred??

Yeah it's crazy to me he's starting in central mid. Gallagher, Mainoo and Wharton are all miles better in that position.

Or drop Foden into the middle and start Palmer on the left.
There's a clear lack of control in the mid for England, despite having Jude & Rice in there.

TAA is not a control type player. He’s gonna hit long crosses and home run balls. It’s insane to play him in midfield and have Foden/Kane up top to receive those balls because they’re not those players. Just a clear lack of identity and a plan on how to attack. If TAA is in midfield then Gordon needs to play the opposite wing to make the runs and actually get the best out of the team

As much as Southgate is one of the worst managers in the world, I gotta give him big ups for doing something I never thought possible: He has me genuinely feeling sorry for England fans. For this collection of talent to be looking like a Championship side is hard to watch as someone who wants them to lose, can't imagine what the actual fans feel like.
