How much should I charge for a underground parking stall?
I have a condo in the W. Hillhurst area (near the 7-11 on Memorial and Kensington Rd.), and I no longer need the parking spot in the heated underground parkade. I had someone in the building ask me if I was willing to rent it, but I'm not sure how much to charge. Any suggestions?
Doesn't look like there's monthly in the area, monthly a bit further away is $60 / month for surface, and monthly across the Bow is $210 / month for surface and $300+ for parkade.. So $150-200 a month? I guess it depends on the guy, $100 is better than $0

Unfortuantely, that's way out there and probably not going to attract a lot of downtown workers, particularly in the winter. Maybe you can market it as a drive and walk type of scenario - might be able to price it for about $100 +/1 25 bucks.

I'd see how much apartment buildings in the area are charging for their parking spaces. Going rate seems fair IMO
