This is satire right?
No one can post this seriously.

Good call, time to start bottling up some of this infamous tap water. BRB, filling jugs for profit later.

Building huge hidden feeder lines at the edges of many of our larger parks like Nosehill seems like it'd be a massive help towards fixing and upgrading utilities longer term. Having a primary major feeder thing like this under 16th Ave doesn't seem like good planning longer term.
I wonder if it'd be useful to add a few small lakes/reservoirs/semi hidden treatment stations that fill up with precipitation in many of these parks (kinda like the ponds we see in certain communities). That way there's the ability to store reserves that potentially can help to lessen effects to multiple communities if something happens? Plus people also like to hang out around bodies of water and it could create environmental and animal diversity.

But then the water wouldn't be treated, so couldn't be fed back into pipes.

It also only runs under 16th for a fairly short segment. I presume they would have had all these debates and chose the best option at the time.
