What? Not that's not correct. If they play on Monday and they play on Thursday, then Tuesday, Wednesday are the two days off. You can't count a game day as a day off, that's silly.
Could we settle on 72 hours between opening puck drops?
It doesn't matter when the Panthers arrive. I suspect tomorrow's game will be a spectacle of Oiler assistance. Such a whiny bunch of sucks whining since Game 2 and they will be given every break. There was even a report counting each and every time McBaby was "slashed" during Game 2 WTF? Game 3 will be Timbits hockey..

I was driving this morning and heard an interview on the radio with some guy who is an Oiler writer for NHL.com
Delusional clown, it was a wild scene
Basically anything the Oilers are doing is in response to Florida’s awful behaviour. Draisaitl with a hit that was maybe worth 2 min but only because of having to respond to how Florida has been going after Edmonton’s top players
Equating Bennett trying to hit Bouchard (still I have no idea how that’s a trip) to the knee Foegele stuck out
And Bennett also apparently threw an elbow on Broberg that was worse than Draisaitl’s
The refs need to quit being so unfair
Zero accountability for anything

F### I hate the Oilers. My seven year old is die hard flames fan but a bunch of his buddies love the Oilers. It's unfortunate because they are good kids but if that is the kind of players they look up to as role models (diving, crying, cheating) how is that going to effect them growing up?

They are not good kids if they are cheering for the Oilers. Bad kids !
Of course Panthers would choose to spend extra night at home, Oilers, especially McDiver probably wants to get back to his booze as soon as possible so he can drown his sorrow.
While doing a few layups on his basketball court.

The Oilers plane couldn't even make it in one stop yesterday. They flew Fort Lauderdale-Kanasas City, were on the ground there for an hour, then flew Kansas City-Edmonton.
Panthers plane is much bigger and has no problem doing it, but as mentioned above they're going to land about 3 hours late due to weather.

Oilers plane had to stop to empty the holding tanks.

Yeah this isn't the thread to nerd about the plane stuff but I'm surprised they couldn't make it... they flew pretty low (which burns more fuel) and I'm guessing that was either for a smoother ride or a minor tech issue they got fixed in Kansas City cause the second flight from Kansas to Edmonton was at a more normal altitude.
Bottom line is that E = NG and I hope they get swept.
