It really looks to me like Barkov has a broken jaw. Hope it’s not the case but that’s right where the elbow hit him, he wouldn’t have dropped like he did if he was concussed, and that last replay showed the trainer gingerly poking barkov’s jaw at the hinge point.

Panthers have upgraded from being finals fodder propped up by Bob to a good team.

This is crazy how biased they are. May as well just wear Oiler jerseys on the panel next game.

Honestly one of the most embarrassing biased segments i have ever seen after a game. #### Sportsnet.

I think with Barkov the Panthers are in the driver's seat.

Without him, players will need to step up big time. He is such a good player. The amount of times he took away space or tipped a puck going to McPissy the last 2 games is unreal.

Seems to be widespread agreement among the hockey world (outside of Edmonton) that it's suspension worthy.

Chucky played 1 season and left. I doubt it.

Need more from him.

At first I thought you meant Las Vegas and then I remembered London.

Well, looks like the media won't be talking about how the Oilers coach makes all these amazing roster decisions after losing tonight!

Missed the game as it was my kid's birthday, but caught the Sportnet recap and videos of the elbow on Barkov. That's a textbook suspension. Feet leaving the ice, elbow, and he left the game. I doubt he gets one though, knowing this league.

The pom pom waving is one thing. But how can they just so easily gloss over the Draisaitl elbow that likely knocked out Barkov. Is this just not a thing?

As good as it feels right now, I'm fearful if Barkov is out.

Haha. Now Friedman is floating the oilers are too injured card. What's joke Sportsnet is. The ABC broadcast is such a breath of fresh air.
