Probably the same person that did this absolute hack job:

On this Bridge land house somebody is losing their shirt. $1 million in led lighting? Was it a spec house?

Most likely, it was first listed in 2019 at $4.9M and has been re-listed at lower prices ever since. The house even has a promo video for it on youtube:

The inside looks like a spaceship. Maybe some people really like the design and style but when you go off the board like that you really limit your market.

Living in that house with laboratory lighting gone wild seems like a massive risk factor to your mental health.

Well, you'd probably have to be crazy to buy that place.

Lol. There's a viewing room with a glass wall and couches so you people can see one of your luxury cars, without having to walk the 20 feet to go into the garage?

That has to be the one of the dumber real estate concepts I have ever seen. When you're watching TV, in case you forget how awesome you are, you can be reminded by looking over at your Lambo?

Who needs a back yard, when you have a....luxury car viewing room. This lot is way too small for a house that size. The only substantial outdoor space faces the street. You can't even get any privacy when you're using your BBQ.

I guess this kind of house is for the person who likes to attract attention and then complain about that attention.

I was told that the owner is going through a divorce, hence the extremely lower price.

I can see the spouse filing for divorce so that they didn't have to live in that house any longer.

I'm not sure if anybody has ever lived in the house. It was listed almost immediately after completion and all of the subsequent listings have only shown it in a staged condition.

But it was the set for the Tubi film "Romi":

Watch you tounge. That house has the 2024 world elevator of the year from the world elevator awards (or something). I saw it on the back of the company truck of the folks who installed it.

So 2 things, yes this is poorly designed and there is an elevator awards. One of those facts surprised me.

If you spend $150k on an elevator you’d think you’d want it on the front of the house so strangers can watch you ride it in your underwear.

I think the house will eventually sell for whatever Romi grossed in its theatrical release.

They might be better off parting it out.

There was someone living in it for a bit. I frequently saw a kid with an overly expensive ###### haircut loading his gear into dad's Lambo Urus to get a ride to hockey.

Such an incredible human and vehicle match for that house. Not ragging on the kid, he may have been fine and just got dragged to Dad's barber.

That house always gave me bitcoin millionaire and/or money laundering vibes.

The house is a total techno-cheeseball mess...but not gonna lie, I'd take that garage/viewing area. They can keep the cars though.

If you want to claim the primary residence exemption on your spec build flip you have to at least pretend to live there for awhile.
