Tickets are listed for that price, not necessarily selling. Hard to say what the market is right now, seems insane but I’m not sure prices aren’t going to fall. Prices in my section which is one if the cheapest there is are looking over $1000 a seat, our cost would be around $400.

NBA finals tonight but I don't know why they didn't do Friday Sunday for two weekend games instead. Even if it went 7 that would have been lots of time for McDingleBalls and Pissy Pants.

From what I understand ABC happened. They wanted a Saturday night and the schedule was set even before the playoffs even started.

It’s frustrating, I long for the old days of once the semis are done it’s 2-3 days and get back at it. But I understand it’s a business and so it is what it is, but still kills a lot of buzz in my opinion. If this series goes long we are talking about a late June award and we start in September. Crazy. My team is in it and I’m starting to get tired of it. I’m sure that changes this weekend once we get going again though,

The NBA has always had a fixed schedule. Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Monday, Thursday, Sunday.

The NHL probably has to work around that schedule, for TV and arena as the NHL is at the bottom of the pecking order.

Most people in the US won't give a #### with Edmonton in the finals anyways. The entire month of June is pretty much taken up with this schedule so that tells you everything.

With McMickey and the boys in the Finals this might be a ratings disaster for ABC.

Euro is starting next week as well, and that will probably see a lot of viewers direct their attention to that.

I assume they couldn't plan for that since Game 7 of WCF would have been Tuesday last week.

Except if Oil/dallas would have gone to 7 that was on the Tuesday. So weds wouldn’t have been possible.
