Just seeing the thread title makes me sick.
Please don't let us down, Panthers! You can do this.

And I dont need to go through yours, one has to easily look at the post season topics around the Oilers. I siimply comment on the content of your posts, as others have as well. Everything you post screams "Go Oilers" in a passive aggressive way so either embrace your Oilers fandom or stop being so defensive and supportive of the Oilers.

No one has called me an Oilers fan except you and one other who said they were wrong.
Anyways..... I think the Panthers forecheck should give the Oilers fits. Dallas was scared to hit for some reason, but that will not be the case here.
I also think Florida has good movement on their pp so hopefully can take advantage of the Oilers aggressive pk.

Would have been nice if Dallas at least took a pound of flesh from the oilers. Other than Perry’s shoulder last game, the no-goods seem relatively healthy, no obvious injuries anyway. Other than draisaitls ‘cramps’ in the Vancouver series they have been very lucky injury-wise.
Did I hear Reinhart seems to be nursing something ? Six days to recover anyway.

The entire western conference was weak this year. Florida is the first real contender.

Tkachuk and Bennett aren't the only former Flames who will make life difficult for the Oilers!

Ignoring all the hilariousness CP provides (just terrible evaluation of hockey). I think it will be a close series. But I think this is a year that the west talent surpasses. The east just seems soft.
Oilers in 6.

Treliving was a wizard getting Huberdeau off the Panthers and giving them Tkachuk, all part of the master plan to thwart the Oilers Cup aspirations.

Well, I'm as excited for a final as I've been in years.
Cali Panthers Fan, I'm super stoked for you. I'm sure your thrilled.
Full credit to the Oilers, even though I hate them. They are executing at a high level at the biggest time. Remains to be seen if they can pull it out. As others have said, the Panther's forecheck should have Nurse and Co seeing ghosts.
I've got the Panthers in 6.
Stang, Oilfan, Oilstain and other non-troll Oilers fans here; congrats. Enjoy your moment, as that's what Fandom is all about.
Buckle up, everyone!

Is it possible there are no coincidences, but Treliving was doing the work of god all along?

One thing that may tip the scale that absolutely no one on sportsnet will mention is that the Panthers were just here last season. As a group they have that experience in their arsenal. They got a firsthand lesson on what it takes and came back more motivated and kept themselves in check well enough not to incur injuries along the way this time.

They need to give Oilers enough time to rest.

It definitely feels like this is the Panthers' year to win the whole damn thing.
Oilers had the easiest path to the finals in decades, and good for them for taking advantage. But I think Florida takes it in 6 or 7, provided they can stay somewhat disciplined and keep the McPP at bay.

There weren't too many penalties in this series.
Even though the Oilers only got 11 PPs total, half of those were ultra soft and involved some level of embellishment.
I think ~2 PKs/game is an amount the Panthers can weather, provided that their own PP scores some goals.
