That schedule for finals is stupid

Why wait to start till Saturday!?? How long does it take to play 7 games?!?

NHL should not be playing games in June let alone potentially June 24

This is what gets me. The Oilers are an embarassement to the sport of hockey. That they are as deep in the playoffs as they are speaks volumes about the product that the NHL is ok icing.



They had to change the lottery format to make sure that the Oilers don't get any more First OA picks.


They had to change the playoff seeding format to make sure that the Oilers get the easiest path to the Cup possible.



Here's hoping that the Panthers can overcome the Coilers, the refs and the NHL and bring this one home.

Ignoring all the hilariousness CP provides (just terrible evaluation of hockey). I think it will be a close series. But I think this is a year that the west talent surpasses. The east just seems soft.

That was glorious. I was dating a girl at the time who cheered for the flames but she was one of those ‘let’s have the cup in alberta at least’ while I was cheering for the canes. When the canes won I cheered like the flames won the cup. We didn’t date much longer.
