I don't think Vegas was great this year. And Avs got rattled with the Nichuskin thing.

There is no excuse for getting outplayed overall in the series by Edmonton. Oilers outplayed them in 4 of 6 games.

I believe the ONLY reason McDavid or Drai would ever want to stay in the - hole that is Edmonton is the feeling they "owe" that franchise a cup. IF they did so I truly think they both bolt and the Oilers are back to irrelevance for another decade +.

However Edmonton will still lose this series so it's a moot point. Panthers in 5.

Yep- after these last two series who knows what is going to happen. Panthers just have to walk the line between being tenacious and aggressive while not overdoing it, especially with the Mcdiver twins. Refs will have their microscopes out anytime chucky or bennet goes near the league’s investment.

Overall Dallas was better 5v5, by the numbers, but special teams were a blow out for Edmonton and that was the series. Same thing could easily happen to the Panthers, hopefully they’re up for the challenge.

I like the Panthers chances if the officials let them play. If they don't with the disgraceful way the Oilers dive and the physical game the Panthers play this is going to be a nightmare.

With the way the PED using diving cheaters are being allowed to interfere every 20 seconds, I won’t be watching this series. Panthers are good enough but it’s already foregone that the Oilers will be given the win.
