I remember the trade propositions for Hanifin with Lundell being the return. A bit of a pipe dream considering how good he is now and how young he is. If Conroy was targeting him, it was the right idea, but obviously Zito loves the kid too much to let him go.
It's been reported that Barkov is mentoring him. God help us if he turns into another Barkov-lite.

I wonder if he's still a target for the Flames honestly. Cats have to make some decisions and their lack of draft capital hurts, we have some. We need a center.

I think the Panthers will move money elsewhere. He's their 2nd line center for the next decade at least. He's not going anywhere.
