Ya I forgot he gutted it out in games 4 and 5. He might comeback this series but I think he is seriously hurt. He does not leave games very often.

I'm resigned to the fact that the Oilers are going to the finals. Dallas is the 3rd team now that's not looked very good against them in the playoffs. Maybe the Oilers deserve credit here but it just seems like 2006 all over again where weird things are happening. Hopefully the Panthers can finish off the Rangers to get some rest and take care of business.

Trent, who waxes poetic on other posters all the time, once again not being able to take being fairly called out for not knowing where the line is and what no means.

Butterfly, in a face turn, dropping private messages. Shady? Oh, maybe if there’s more context, but otherwise it’s a fire move.

Rejean, guy who watches more Oilers games than anyone on the board, trying to go in on the easiest game imaginable (dunking on Oiler fans) and coming out looking worse than any Oiler fan we’ve seen on the board? In the 2022 series I thought that while the media were gushing about Drysaddle’s heroism in playing through a sore ankle and how that problem was a significant blow to the Oilers’ chances, the loss of a healthy Tanev was a much bigger problem for the Flames and probably a key reason they lost.
The Stars had a strong defense corps even before they acquired Tanev, but losing him probably means they no longer are favoured to win this series.

The other one was from that individual.

So, no, I won't publicize private messages unless you treat me like that. It's pretty "shady" to send me something like that and then get upset when other people see what you're up to.

When Edmonton lost game 5 to Vancouver, I was still pretty confident they would come back and win the series.

I don't feel that way this series. I think tonight is the deciding game. I don't think game 4 meant much. Dallas will come out harder tonight. And I am pretty sure Tanev will play. That guys friggin tough.

Dallas never comes out hard, they seem like they are drunk to start the games.
