And we all needed to become Florida fans because the Rangers don't stand a chance because they're 0-2 against the Oilers in the regular season who were 0-4 against the Canucks.

Nah - I think both will be back - combined cap hit $26-28m/yr.

If you want to talk about this, critique goal 4 in detail (the weak goal that looks bad)

What happened? What are the specific breakdowns, why did they happen. and what are the opportunities for improvement?
They didn't get the puck out of the zone and Ceci got caught past the hashmarks. Draisaitl moved to cover Hintz in front and Nurse dropped to his knees, I'm not sure if he lost a contact or was trying to prevent Robertson from passing to the guy that Draisaitl had covered.

From there Skinner sat loose to the post and watched Robertson walk in and bank it in.

Yes Skinner made big saves but he lets in weak ones, and not just tonight, he does it all year long and it costs the team a lead or a chance to win. That is not how a good goalie performs. He's a backup, not a starter you hope can take you to a championship.

lol, totally true. While I have blue items and a couple orange items (Texas longhorns fan) in my closet, they can never be worn together. Though wearing orange is forgiveable on its own, unless it’s paired with blue. Lots of teams with orange and black etc. I wore a dark grey and orange jersey to shinny once (w/orange stripes on sleeves) and a guy commented it reminded him of the dark blue oilers thirds, even though it was dark grey. I hated the idea anyone would think my jersey had anything to do with the no-goods. I have never worn that jersey since.

Oh absolutely. Watched it just now. Knowing the ending and not having watched the game , it was so satisfying watching the orange and blue trashbag fans all hyped up after the first. Only to be greatly disappointed. Hook that **** to my veins.
Though they didn’t show the hymen/marchment penalties. Based on the CP comments, oilersnet probably didn’t want to show the ridiculous call against marchment.
Long way to go still- Canucks were up 2-1 and blew it. Though Dallas is a better team. But shutting up the no good’s propaganda machine and their fans for a night is worth its weight in gold.

Is the universe finally righting itself?

It certainly could've been a little easier on our cardiovascular health.. Just saying. The theatrics were a little unnecessary.. but as long as we end at the right result: Oilers in shambles.

Yeah but you have to remember that the Oilers have great depth. So great that anytime ANYTHING goes wrong, the wonder twins are put back together.

The way Craig Simpson speaks, it sounds like the Oilers are on their way to their fourth straight cup.

Sorry, this doesn’t have a whole lot to do with what you said. Anyways Edmonton is no good

Connor McDavid...super Captain Extraordinaire! He's doing it all!

1 Goal!

1 Assist!

Still -1.

May the McMinus live!

Caught the game with a friend last night.

Dallas seems to struggle with first periods this series, but that was a treat to watch at a bar surrounded by Coiler fans.

Go Dallas!
