It drives me nuts that teams are afraid to hit McDavid hard for fear of giving them a PP. Dallas should have come out in game 1 and just smashed the piss out of him. If it costs you that game that's fine, I mean they lost it anyhow but make him sore and scared.

Buffalo drafted Reinhart, Eichel and Dahlin at the top of the draft and none of those players were able to bring them into contention let alone a playoff spot, and they ended up losing Reinhart and Eichel. I doubt Power will take them to the next level either.

The point is... it doesn't always work out, especially if you're a smaller market team that struggles to keep players.
