I feel like Lafranierre is gonna make amends for his own goal last game and get the winner here.

It was an unbelievable deflection. Nicest deflection you will ever see. Players just don’t deflect like that anymore.

These playoffs are pretty dull, too many teams focused too much on defence.

It could have been a garden variety deflection and Ron would still need to change his shorts talking about it

I used to laugh when people called him the better goodrow/gaudreau. It's true.

This is going to be a long and tough series. Whoever wins is going to pay the price.

Teams tend to play a bit more passive to avoid major mistake(s). You new to playoff hockey?

The best hockey played in these playoffs will remain Dallas-Colorado when all is said and done.

You didn't like this game? That was a good series but I thought this one was right up there for one of the best so far in the playoffs. I enjoyed a bunch in the New York/Carolina series too.

Yeah that was probably the most entertaining game I've seen this playoffs. Especially the 2nd period were there was very few stoppages and teams were trading chances back and forth. Great game.

Really? I'm more engaged in these playoffs, with the exception of the Canucks/Oilers series which I felt was mixed between boring play but exciting scores through the first 5 games. The Canucks/Preds series was also boring... see a trend here? The Oilers/Kings... also left a bit to be desired but honestly that was on the Kings lack of solid play.

I didn't see the Caps/Rangers but that seemed like it too would have been a bit of a downer. All the other series that I've watched has been well played. Avs/Stars was an amazing series to watch and I have also really enjoyed the Rangers/Panthers so far too.

Wasn't that long ago people laughed when I said Lindholm shouldn't get much if any more money than Trochek.

I used to laugh when you posted

Good lord, that’s stupid. Columbus is a mess and obviously didn’t make the playoffs. You think switching Goodros for Gaudreau changes that?

You may not remember Johnny winning a series going over Oettinger’s shoulder?

Exhausting stuff my friend

The Lightning/Panthers and Bruins/Panthers were by far the most entertaining series I've watched this year, and I've been spending a decent amount of time watching most of these games. Watching anything Canucks was your problem. Tocchet's style of game is very boring, especially as soon as Demko got hurt. Kings are also pretty boring. Avs and Rangers both play a pretty good brand of hockey, so all their series have been fun to watch.
