Shoot, that would have been a lot easier than the route we went.

But hey, at least UPS guarantees delivery on a certain date.

Seriously, though--if UPS delivered babies, it would give whole new meaning to "what can Brown do for you."

			Congratulations!!
The only advice I'll offer is to soak up and enjoy every moment of every day you spend with her...they grow up very quickly and no matter how much time you spend with them, you'll end up wishing you could have spent even more.

 Good luck and have fun!

Hey Congrats to you and your wife!!Wow you guys all have really young ones.
Think it goes by fast now, it's even faster as they get older, mine are 18 and 13 now, it seems like no time at all.

Enjoy all the wonderful moments to come.

			Congratulations,
I'm not a parent. I don't have much parenting advice. Only this one tidbit:

As much fun as the game "Kick the Kitty" is to play

 DO NOT

 I REPEAT

 DO NOT

 Play "Kick the Baby"

Good luck as a dad, it will be the best thing to ever happen to you

			Congratulations! She is beautiful.
Like others have said, enjoy it. Make parenting, and loving your daughter, the number one priority in your life. It is worth it. Watching them grow and learn is amazing.

My first born, Amy, is just about 18 months old. The time has flown by. She was 7 lbs 13 ounces at birth, and was considered bigger than average. She only fit into new born clothes for a week or two. For the first year, she was always wearing clothes for babies a few months older than she was, although she has averaged out now. I mention that because it struck me as interesting that at only 2 pounds less, your daughter is too small for new born clothes.

Congrats IFF - you'll have the best of times (anytime you hug and cuddle your new addition) and the worst of times (when she starts dating punk kids) but you'll never regret it. Also get the best camcorder you can as you won't want to miss anything as she encounters a whole storm of firsts in the coming months.

Not to steal your thread, but we had ours a month ago and I just realized that I made no mention of it here. A boy, 8lbs, 8oz. 20.5 inches. There are pics on facebook, I believe if you do a search on "zukes" you will find my by my real name. My initials are MW.
