“Y’all” gets a bad wrap. It’s very useful. In the days of gender neutrality, it’s basically perfect.

I get way less dirty looks than when I use “you people”.

$432,500
That house is worth 600k max. These realtors are on crack. Why even list it for that high? Just letting your client make a fool of you. A respected realtor would never take a listing if the owner isn't realistic in price.

If we dehydrate to remove moisture and hydrate to add it, and defecate to eliminate feces....why do we urinate?

Last night at EDC Las Vegas I saw a guy wearing a Neal Flames jersey. I went up to him and said "is that a James Neal Flames jersey?!" The response, "oh, I don't even know, man". I think he might have been from overseas.

I ran into somebody wearing a Flames jacket around Scottsdale and he seemed unprepared to talk to somebody from Calgary.

What are some of the biggest disconnects between how you envisioned a band looking and what they actually look like? I think for me, from listening to “Black Betty” by “Ram Jam”, I sort of expected something like a bunch of guys out of “Motorhead”rocking out or something, but they looked like AV nerds at a housewarming party.

Fecal is food, urination is blood filtration and blood waste elimination. Plus it acts as a balancer (your first question) so we don't over hydrate.

Great info, thanks. I was actually asking about the word, and why it isn’t de-urinate.

Can somebody explain to me why people are peeling their corn on the cob in the store? Enough people do it that stores have to set a garbage bin there. I get opening the corn far enough to make sure it's good inside, but why peel it so it's ready to eat?
Are people that concerned about the garbage at home? It just seems to me that you are sacrificing freshness and wasting time at the store. Then you end up with 3 people trying to all peel their corn, so nobody else can just grab and go.
I figure there must be some other benefit that I am missing.

Make sure they’re not rotten, and maybe if you’re paying by weight? I don’t know if that applies to corn on the cob?
