Kind of torn here, the world needs more bees and they don't seem to be aggressive (yet) but I'm really not interested in dodging a swarm everytime I go out the front door.
Might sound stupid but is there any service that will remove a hive and relocate it?
And no, I'm not going to kill it with fire.

There are several. Most of the ones I'm familiar with tend to do swarm removals, though that doesn't sound like it's your problem here. You have a hive, not a swarm.
However, I'd still start with the folks at https://calgarybeekeepers.com/ Calgary and District Beekeepers Association. If they can't help, they ought to be able to point you in the right direction.

Did they say that he'll bee right back to you?

Not stupid at all. If you’re on Facebook or know someone who is, post an inquiry on one of the Calgary chat groups. I guarantee there are beekeepers who will come for them. Edit: just saw the type of bees. Now I’m not sure.

How many marked sedans does Calgary Police Service have left? It seems I only ever see Ford Explorers or F-150s now. I think I've maybe seen a ghost Charger somewhere in the last while, but no sedans.

Every police vehicle in north america requires the option to install a 50 cal turret, or so I assume. That's just future proofing, and good economic policy.

I was clearing out a closet and found a box way in the back that had a bottle of Crown Royal. Okay I said until looked closer and saw the ALCB date stamp of 1973. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is any extra to this 50 year old bottle whisky.

That's cool as hell, Dion. Crazy how they've kept the bottle the same for so many years.

Anyone have any suggestions for reasonable parking downtown for the lunch hour? My go-to was always Eau Claire's lunch hour deal, but that's gone now obviously. Most of the deals I've seen advertised are early bird special "in-by-8am" type stuff, whereas I want like 11:45 to 1:15 or something.

You’re talking about a lot or street parking? Street parking is pretty cheap, especially in the East Village around the Simmonds Building. Otherwise the Telus Convention Centre or Platform parkades are reasonable if you want to make sure you’re guaranteed a spot.

Try the Park Champ app. I've used it before to get $10 parking downtown in the morning. I don't know what prices are like later in the day though.

I would suggest street parking. Get the city parking app if you don't have it. You can usually find a street spot without much trouble because they are relatively short term. The other benefit is you can stop the parking session as soon as you are done.

Not sure about taste but the value might have increased.
This 1965 bottle just sold for 55 British Pounds.

It's come time for me to buy a real pair of cowboy boots and a cowboy hat for corporate functions. My ratty old straw hat and running shoes don't cut it anymore.
Any tips on where to go? Lammles? Alberta Boot? I'm willing to spend a little for quality, but I'm not going over the top on things I'll wear a handful of times each year.

I bought a good black cowboy hat one year when I was in the corporate world. Very first day I'm at a bar and some fknut barfs from the second level onto my table. My hat took the brunt of the barf, so did its job well. I hope yours serves you as fine as mine did me.

Ya. Street will be less than that for $10. I park around there every day. If you want a 2 block walk to eau Clair that angle parking on the west side of 6th street is like $2.50 and hour for some reason. Also. I forget to pay a lot for street parking and my ticket rate is very low. 2 per year.
Also that eau Claire lot in front of the uterus, has a free 30 min parking behind joeys. Have parked there multiple times for much longer with no recourse.
