Kuzy is visiting Australia per his Instagram. How can you not like a guy whose two favourite things are travel and scoring goals?

I like the one at around :49 marks where he steal the puck from the Blues and dekes the pants off the goalie and top shelf.

It kind of reminds me of the Phil Housley years. I recall Brian Sutter making the comment that sure he was one dimensional player, but it was a dimension the team really needed. As mediocre those teams were in the scoring department, the power play was at least reliable and it brought some excitement for the fans.

Kuzmenko also brings some levity to the room. He is a niche player, and the Flames happen to need that right now.

It's crazy that 2 of the 3 Sutters we had as coaches were god awful!

Kuzmenko is one of the few guys on the team that makes me say “wow” in a positive way.

I hope they don’t trade him. I like saying wow while I’m watching a game.

There is also the matter of whether Kumenko would want to stay. He didn’t move to North America to play in Calgary. He had been professional and everything but I wouldn’t be shocked if he has future plans that don’t involve the Flames.
